Institute of Women's Leadership

The Instiute of Women's Leadership is for committed, engaged career women ready to approach key challenges with a new perspective. This program provides a unique forum for women to realize their full potential and attain their highest levels of effectiveness and productivity in both their personal and professional lives. Participants will work toward goals and create and maintain change through a supportive community of accountability. 

Topics will include: 
 - Boost your career
 - Lesson plan for change
 - Growing in emotional intelligence
 - Diffusing anger in others/effective conflict resolution
 - Life balance and energy 
 - Eliminating obstacles/goal setting

The institute will meet on six consecutive Thursday mornings, beginning October 6th. The sessions will be held at Richardson Counseling & Wellness Center, 112 Park Ridge Lane in Pekin. Each session will run from 7:15 am to 8:45 am and include a light breakfast. 

Fee/Tuition: $40 per week ($35 for chamber members) plus a one-time materials/ supply fee of $100 ($85 for chamber members) due with registration. This fee is non-refundable but transferrable before the start of the first class. 

Not a lecture or workshop, this hands-on, interactive program will provide a unique forum for women to stretch, learn and grow, realizing their full potential.
