National Nutrition Month Lunch N Learn
Event Description:
March is National Nutrition Month and IMT Invites YOU to participate by attending our March Lunch N’ Learn on Wednesday, March 22 at 12:00 noon! We’ll provide some healthy snacks and will be discussing nutrition in honor of National Nutrition Month!
The topics of discussion will include:
Putting your best food forward
How to read food labels
The importance of a balanced diet
Our Lunch N’ Learns are free and open to the public, we just ask that you RSVP by calling 309-347-2714 or by writing clientcare@csccil.com.
We are also celebrating by inviting you to help local kids in need! When you donate the following food items to IMT's food drive for the Midwest Food Bank this March, you will be entered into a drawing for a basket of goodies that includes: A Chrystal Microdermabrasion Facial, Medical Grade Sunscreen, a Box of Protein Bars, A Cutting Board, a Writing Pad, a Grocery Tote, a Salad Shaker, AND a T-Shirt. The basket is worth well over $200 and your name will be entered with every item donated! Here are the items we’re collecting:
We’re excited to support this great cause and give back to our community. When 1 in 6 American Children go to bed hungry, we want to do everything we can to make a difference in their lives!
