Popular local historian and writer, Tara McClellan McAndrew will tell us about the wayward way we became a state, how our first lawmakers in Kaskaskia started from scratch in creating state government. Tara will share both facts and humor that emerge from her research. This program will follow the film,"WWII POW Stories" at 11:00am.
